How quickly will my order be shipped?
Most favors are shipped within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. ALL favors come shipped to you directly from the manufacturers warehouse.
All favors are shipped by via UPS ground or Fedex ground unless expedited shipping is requested. Obviously personalized favors and other gifts will
take longer to process. Personalized gifts, at the height of busy season can take as long as 3 weeks. You will be provided with the UPS or
Fedex tracking number of your purchase upon its shipment.
How much is shipping going to cost me?
All shipping charges are priced according to the weight of the items, the zip code of the manufacturers warehouse and your zip code. FaysFavors.com does not charge handling fees. If you would like to know how much shipping will be, simply place your items in the shopping cart and click on the Estimate Shipping link.
Please note that if you purchase more than one type of favor, shipping may
not be combined as one favor may come to you from NY and another from Chicago.
My package has not yet arrived - what should I do? We try our best to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. If your need by date is approaching and your package has not arrived yet, pelase email us for a status update. Please include your order #, name and telephone number in your email. Please keep in mind the processing time for non-personalized items/in stock-items plus the shipment time, will reflect the total lead time before your order arrives.
I am placing a very large order, what more can you do for me?
FaysFavors.com offers very competetive pricing and I will match, if not surpass another price quote you have received - simply email it to me. As this is a website versus
a brick and mortar store, I am open to negotiations :) and thus can always be contacted via email at fay@faysfavors.com (preferable as I am always accessible quicker via email),or at 727-493-2004.
Generally though, you will find, especially if ordering large quantities, that my prices already beat the competition. Please note that I am subject to minimum order requirements by certain manufacturers. I am not
going to insult your intelligence by offering you free shipping - none of the favor suppliers ever offer it to us as retailers - so it is not something I can
offer to you. Some of my suppliers mandate the prices I must charge, so sometimes I compensate by offering reduced shipping. So always be weary when you see free shipping - because it just means you are paying a higher favor price. I wont even go into the claim that some
websites make that they sell at wholesale prices - please....
OK - you asked for it and here it is - Discount Codes! : Type in the appropriate code when the specified purchase price falls within the code parameters. The field appears during the checkout process. Discount codes do not apply to Sale or Clearance items. Codes cannot be applied after you have already placed your purchase. Coupons cannot be combined.
3Discount for 3% off of your subtotal when you spend between $300.00 and $599.99
5Discount for 5% off of your subtotal when you spend between $600.00 and $899.99
7Discount for 7% off of your subtotal when you spend between $900.00 and $1,499.99
10Discount for 10% off of your subtotal when you spend over $1,500.00
I do not want to send my order through the internet. One reason FaysFavors.com has such great pricing is that we try to keep our overhead as low as possible. Our website is secure, simply look for the https within the address to verify security.
You can checkout directly through www.FaysFavors.com with your credit card information. Your credit card is not immediataly charged. Once we verify that the items are available for immediate shipment, we then proceed to charge your card.
You can also send Fay a message at FaysFavors.com if you wish to pay over the phone. We will contact you at your convenience for the order and payment information.
You can also give us a call at (727) 493-2004 to place your order.
FaysFavors.com also utilizes PayPal as its credit card processor. You do not need a PayPal accoount to use PayPal. You have the option of using any credit card you desire or using your PayPal account.
You can also send a check or money order. Please understand that if you send a check or use an echeck for payment through PayPal, the processing of your order will be delayed as until payment clears.
Do you ship to Canada? Absolutely! Our Canadian customers can order online anytime! Please note that prices are in USD$. Your credit card company will do the currency conversion for you based upon current exchange rates. Duty, taxes, tariff and brokerage charges may be applicable to our Canadian Custoamers depending on your local tax laws. We are not
responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs delays that may affect your order - so please order with enough time for delivery. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are mandated and determined by your lcoal government, not FaysFavors.com.
Will you ship my order outside of the US?
As favors get shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, many of these companies prefer not to ship outside of the US. Please email me at
fay@faysfavors.com for a price quote if you need your order shipped overseas - it can be done, it is just a bit more time consuming. A bit of advice though, if you do want favors shipped overseas, try and find something light in weight.
I just received my order today and there are broken favors - what now?
Please contact me at fay@faysfavors.com and let me know how many are broken or damaged and I will get the ball rolling on your replacements. You must contact us with damage claims within 7 days of receipt of your order.
I placed my order and now recieved an email that my favor choice is on backorder - how does that happen?
I am sorry. Other favor retailers are sending customer orders in just like FaysFavors.com is and thus an item can get sold out. I try and update the website
frequently to reflect backorders. If your favor of choice is on backorder, do not waste your time trying to find it somewhere else. We all get our stock from
the same exact suppliers - so if one retailer does not have it, none of us do. The only time that could be an exception is if you specifically look for a favor
that a retailer has in their possession - not one that has to be ordered - because that puts you back in the same original predicament. You can always order a
favor that has been backordered, it will be shipped to you upon its arrival back in stock at the warehouse.
I have sent in a return but have not yet received a credit - why?. Returns are processed within 10 -15 days from when we receive your authorized return and should then be posted to your account according to your institutions policies.
I need this order shipped ASAP.
Then contact me asap and let me know that time is of the essence. Sometimes paying expedited delivery is a waste of money. I will explain. Many favors get shipped
out of NY. If you live in the tri-state area and slightly beyond, shipping transit times are one day. Thus paying for overnight or 2 days expedited is pointless.
I will place your order with my supplier and contact them to ensure immediate shipping - but you need to let me know...
