Shipping & Processing Information

Processing: Most favors are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your order being placed - this does NOT include transit time. ALL favors come shipped to you directly from the manufacturers warehouse. All favors are shipped by via UPS ground or Fedex ground unless expedited shipping is requested, therefor a valid street address is necessary - NO PO BOXES. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct address is provided upon checkout - failure to do so will result in processing and shipping delays.

Personalization and other gifts will take longer to process for shipment. Personalized Favors and tags take a minimum of 3 to 5 business days for production. Personalized gifts, at the height of busy season can take as long as 2 weeks. You will be provided with the UPS or Fedex tracking number of your purchase upon its shipment.

Backorders: There may be an instance where you placed an order and the item is on backorder. You will be promptly notified and advised of the backorder date and given the option to either await its return or receive a full refund. Please note that if you already know that an item is out of stock or backordered, Fays Favors will not be able to obtain it any faster - we all use the same suppliers, it is just our prices that are different.

Discontinued Favors : Unfortunately, there may be that rare occurance when you purchase an item and it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Once you have been notified that this is the case, for your sake, please do not continue to search for that identical item. To reiterate, all retailers buy the favors from the same supplier/wholesaler, so if one retailer cannot obtain it, then neither can a different one.

Shipping Charges: All shipping charges are priced according to the weight of the items, the zip code of the manufacturers warehouse and your zip code. There are no handling charges added in. Please understand that if you order a large quantity of favors, your shipment will most likely include multiple boxes and it can get costly. At we do not believe in shipping charts. We believe it is quite simple and fair to pay based on weight and location, nothing more. If, while trying to place your purchase, shipping chargs seem too high - contact and those charges will be reviewed.

Combined Shipping: Please note that if you purchase more than one type of favor, shipping may not be combined as one favor may come to you from NY and another from Chicago - or from various, unassociated warehouses from NY.

Shipping out of the Country: As favors get shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, many of these companies prefer not to ship outside of the US. Orders being shipped to Canada do not full within this category and processed the same as orders being shipped to the US. Please email me at for a price quote if you need your order shipped overseas - it can be done. 

Delivery Time: Delivery will be approximately 3 to 5 business days (processing time) from purchase PLUS transit time as indicated on the map below for your state. It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt of the package once it is left at the door by UPS or FEDEX. 

If time is of the essence - meaning your event/party is in one week or less - please let Fay know - so all can be done to ensure receipt of your order in time. We are not responsible for your ordered items arriving on time for your event. 


SamplesSamples are available for most items - please do not purchase samples if there is a minimum requirement notated in the description. Samples are sent via UPS - something that is not within my control. I would love to have your samples ship cheaper via USPS - but the warehouses will not accomodate that.

Heavy items: Heavy items or multiple boxes may require additional shipping - especially if being shipped to the West Coast (as most favors are shipped from the East Coast). If that becomes the case, you will be contacted and informed of the additional shipping costs and you have the option of cancelling for a full refund or providing the additional shipping costs.

Minimum Purchase Requirements: The pricing chart located within the item description indicates that a particular item has a minimum purchase requirement, please adhere to those requirements. Failure to purchase at least that specified amount will simply result in your order being cancelled and payment refunded less a 5% fee, only if payment has already been received via PayPal. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Shipping out of the USA:  As previously explained, favors come shipped directly from the manufacturer - whether or not you order them from an internet website or a brick and mortar store. Most manufacturers will ship to Canada (not all). There are no favor manufacturers that will ship overseas - even to Mexico, possibly Puerto Rico.

If you need favors delivered overseas, send an email with exactly how many of what item you need and where it would be shipped to. The quote will involve shipping your favors to our location in Florida, and then via USPS to your country of choice.

Shipping to countries other than Canada will require an additional $15.00 to cover the customs paperwork and any re-packaging necessary. Any additional tariffs, taxes or duties are solely the customers responsibility.

Our Return Policy

At Fays Favors, we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund, with the exception of personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, samples and personalized tags. Please also keep in mind that you are purchasing a favor/trinket, not fine china - it is best to keep your expectations reasonable.

   - Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable.
   - Lambades, personalized ribbons, and Martirika are NOT eligible for return. Those are custom made items. The only exception is if there's a misspelling. 
   - We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order.
   - Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
    - Partial shipments are not eligbile for return.
   - Shipping costs to return the items are the sole responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by during the processing. 
   - Credit will be issued after the return has been received and processed by the warehouse. A credit generally takes at least 2 to 3 business days to appear.

 How to Return an Order: 

Please contact us at to receive a Return Authorization Address OR go to the Quick Link at the bottom of the website and fill out the form.

Please DO NOT automatically send back your order to the shippers address listed on the box - it may not be the correct address for returns. For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged and uninsured. Once Fay@FaysFavors receives the tracking information and verifies that the items were indeed returned in the same condition received, then a credit will be issued. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the procesing of your credit.

How to Cancel an Order: If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt. Your order cannot be cancelled if it has already been shipped out. Unless it was an error on our part, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Damaged/Missing Items: On rare occasions some items may arrive damaged or may be missing. You should count and examine the entire shipment upon receipt. Please contact us immediately and we will see to it that the items are replaced. You must save the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to us within 7 days.

As favors come shipped directly from the manufacturer, it is up to the manufacturer to issue a credit or to replace damaged items. Damaged items will not be replaced or credited once they have been shipped out of the country (applies to Canadian shipments as well).

For severe damage, especially on higher end items, photographs may be required. Once photographs are reviewed, replacements will be shipped out. Please send photos to

Damage claims will not be honored after the 7 day period - sorry - please check your order promptly once it is received.

Replacements will be sent out via UPS Ground. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event.

Correction Of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity

While makes every reasonable effort to present accurate information on this website, the information may sometimes contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We rserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice to you (including after you have submitted an order). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted and order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
